I was introduced to this company back around 2012 when it was named Awareness Life. But so many people loved the products for weight loss that they changed the name.
My husband and I have stayed with this company because the shakes are amazing for regulating bowel movements. Seriously! They are all natural, vegan, soy free, gluten free. They taste great if you throw in a banana. I have not found a product on the planet that is better for bowel issues. I have had irritable bowel syndrome for most of my life if not all of it. When I drink one of these shakes I don't have to worry about constipation. It is amazing.
My husband has been faithfully drinking these shakes for 10 years. There is nothing he likes better for breakfast.
They also have some great vitamins that are in liquid form. That makes it so that they absorb into your system better.
I have not found a healthier meal replacement shake anywhere.
